Lisa Boston

Assistant Coach

Lisa brings over 20 years of experience in fitness and nutrition with advanced training in genetics-based coaching, strength training, and mindset-focused strategies rooted in behavior science and practical psychology. She guides clients to discover what uniquely works for them, blending mindset, movement, and bioindivideal strategies in a sustainable way. She believes true transformation happens when we stop chasing perfection and start building rhythms that actually support our life.

She's also a dedicated yogi and jiu jitsu practitioner, practices that reflect her belief in balance, strength, and presence both on and off the mat. With four kids and a deep love for real-life wellness, Lisa helps clients break free from extremes and reconnect with habits that feel both powerful and doable.

Originally from Indiana and now living on the coast of Virginia, she brings grounded energy, curiosity, and compassion to every client interaction. When she's not coaching, Lisa can be found tending her garden, rolling on the mats, or soaking up family time outdoors.

Jill Davis

Assistant Coach

Jill is a coach who leads with empathy, honesty, and lived experience. She’s walked the same path many of her clients are on. After navigating hormonal issues, depression, and significant trauma, she gained over 70 pounds. At her heaviest of nearly 200 pounds, she struggled with pain, exhaustion, and the heartbreaking reality of not having the energy to play with her own children. After spending more than a year bedridden, Jill made the decision to take her life back.

She became a certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist, later specializing in hormones and menopause. Through her education and her own healing, she realized just how many women were silently struggling and how deeply they needed support, guidance, and understanding.

As a mother of four sons, Jill understands how busy and demanding life can be. She coaches women with practicality and compassion, helping them build habits that are sustainable, supportive, and flexible. Every client is treated as an individual with a focus on accountability, mindset, and long-term success.

Jill is ready to meet every woman exactly where she is - and help her reclaim her health, confidence, and happiness.

Lisa Inman

Functional Health Protocol Specialist

With over a decade of experience in functional medicine and deep expertise in lab interpretation, Lisa brings next-level precision and strategy to The Badass Blueprint. She’s reviewed thousands of labs and spots patterns most practitioners miss. Where others see “normal,” Lisa sees the missing links—and she knows exactly what to do about them.

She crafts your personalized protocols based on your lab results, health status, and goals-  adding even more depth, customization, and badass science to your plan. Lisa lives in Montana, starts her mornings hiking with her yellow lab, and carefully sources her food from local farms and ranches. She’s a mom of three grown kids, and when she’s not analyzing biomarkers, you’ll find her paddle boarding, hiking, or recharging in the mountains.

Lead Nurture Strategist

Our 35-year-old creative virtual assistant with a knack for organization, communication, and out-of-the-box problem solving.

With two kids and a full plate, she's learned how to juggle chaos with grace—and a little humor.

She studied business management and completed a marketing course to sharpen her skills.

As an appointment setter, she makes sure no messages or new members slip through the cracks, and no appointment requests get lost in our inbox.

Brooke is the glue that holds the backend of this business together. From scheduling content and tracking KPIs to supporting our coaches and clients, she’s the operational force making sure every moving piece clicks into place.

With over 4 years of experience running the engine of online businesses, Brooke found her purpose the moment she hired her own coach, someone who finally gave a damn about her health and goals. That moment flipped a switch, and she’s been on a mission ever since to make sure no woman puts her health or her life on the back burner ever again.

She’s not just here to organize your schedule but she’s here to help you stop avoiding the stuff that actually matters.

Faye Saad

For over 20 years, Faye has helped people navigate major life changes through one-on-one guidance rooted in lived experience and emotional intelligence.

Her own path includes surviving cancer, two brain surgeries, and a long-overdue diagnosis of late-stage Lyme disease. Everything began to change when she worked with a functional medicine doctor who finally treated her whole body, not just her lab results. That shift helped her lose 70 pounds, feel strong again, and rebuild her life.

She doesn’t just “walk you through the program.” She listens, meets you where you are. And she helps you figure out whether this is the right fit, based on your health, your goals, and what you are ready for next.

Her work is grounded, judgment-free, and deeply personal because she has lived it too.
