Jill Davis

Assistant Coach

Jill is a coach who leads with empathy, honesty, and lived experience. She’s walked the same path many of her clients are on. After navigating hormonal issues, depression, and significant trauma, she gained over 70 pounds. At her heaviest of nearly 200 pounds, she struggled with pain, exhaustion, and the heartbreaking reality of not having the energy to play with her own children. After spending more than a year bedridden, Jill made the decision to take her life back.

She became a certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist, later specializing in hormones and menopause. Through her education and her own healing, she realized just how many women were silently struggling and how deeply they needed support, guidance, and understanding.

As a mother of four sons, Jill understands how busy and demanding life can be. She coaches women with practicality and compassion, helping them build habits that are sustainable, supportive, and flexible. Every client is treated as an individual with a focus on accountability, mindset, and long-term success.

Jill is ready to meet every woman exactly where she is - and help her reclaim her health, confidence, and happiness.

Omega Zumpano

Assistant Coach

Omega became a personal trainer in 2008. In 2009 she won 3rd place in the national competition of the NPC (National Physique Committee) in the bikini division. She obtained her NASM certified personal trainer certification while studying Exercise Science at Azusa Pacific University. Omega finished her degree in Exercise Science at Concordia St. Paul and has been a personal trainer for 10+ years. For 2 years Omega worked as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and helped many people with complex metabolic conditions and chronic injuries regain functional independence. This is where Omega started to learn about the importance of hormone balance and exactly what happens when the hormones are out of balance.

In her personal life, almost immediately after her win at the NPC national competition, she was diagnosed with hypothyroid syndrome, which forced her to put a halt on her training and eventually stop competing all together. She quickly gained 30 pounds in 3 months and throughout this time, she didn’t have a period for 6-years. It was during this phase of life that she took an in depth look at how her passion was becoming a contributing factor to her health condition. Because of this, along with adrenal fatigue, PCOS and SIBO she decided to take a deeper look into how her gut, hormones and lifestyle contributed to her dis-eased state.

Through this experience of understanding the gut and hormones she also realized that she had hormonal and nutrient imbalances that were leading to PMS. This real life experience of a body out of balance is what inspired Omega start to help other menstruating people understand their hormones, reduce PMS and build sustainable fitness! After helping numerous clients get fit while working with their hormones, she pivoted. In early 2022, she founded the Confident Menstrual Cycle Coaching Academy - a NASM certified continued education course for personal trainers - where she helps them build confidence in optimizing and balancing their client’s hormones using research backed cyclical health, fitness & nutrition.

Gabrielle Humphreys

Sales Consultant

Gabrielle doesn't just understand what it feels like to push your body to its limits — she's lived it.

With over 11 years in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, coach, athlete, and competitor, Gabrielle has spent her career at the intersection of human performance and women's wellness.

Gabrielle serves as the first point of contact for women who are ready to stop managing symptoms and start finding real answers.

She brings over a decade of hands-on industry experience to every consultation — not to sell, but to truly evaluate. Gabrielle understands hormonal imbalance, metabolic dysfunction, and the physical and emotional toll of years of doing everything "right" and still feeling wrong. That expertise allows her to ask the questions most practitioners never think to ask, and to see the full picture when others only see pieces.

Women who consult with Gabrielle leave the conversation feeling two things: finally heard, and finally clear on what to do next.

This is where confusion ends and your transformation begins.

Madeleine Junevitch

Sales Consultant

Madeleine is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP) and holistic health consultant who is passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies again.

Her heart is in helping others connect the dots in their health, understand what their body has been trying to tell them, and find real solutions that help them take their power back. She loves making health feel less confusing and more doable — breaking down complex concepts in a way that feels simple, honest, and actually useful.

Before stepping into the health space, Madeleine served in the Army, which shaped her discipline, resilience, leadership, and deep desire to serve others well. That background still shows up in the way she supports people today — with structure, compassion, and a belief that people are capable of more than they realize when they have the right tools and support.

Outside of her work, Madeleine is happiest outdoors. She loves hiking, fishing, horseback riding, traveling, eating good food, and spending time in nature. She also enjoys Pilates, weight training, and expressing her creative side through painting.

At the core of everything she does, Madeleine wants people to feel educated, hopeful, and empowered in their own healing journey — because health should not feel like something happening to you. It should be something you can understand, rebuild, and take ownership of with confidence.
