Meet Jess

I’m Jess Samson - Functional Health Coach, cancer survivor, ex-corporate sales exec, hormone nerd, and adventure junkie who’s been to over 70 countries... and still thinks the best therapy session happens on a horseback ride or with a dog curled up at your feet.

For years, I did all the “right” things.

Clean eating. Hardcore workouts. All the supplements. Crushing it at work.

But behind the success, I was bloated, exhausted, anxious, and spiraling toward burnout.

Then I got hit with a diagnosis that forced everything to a stop.

Cancer.

Surgical menopause at 33.

And a body that completely shut down on me.

That’s when I realized:

You can’t out-hustle hormones. You can’t out-supplement stress. And you definitely can’t hate yourself into healing.

So I did what I always do - I got resourceful. I stopped guessing, hired the best mentors I could find, started testing, and rebuilt my health from the inside out. Through functional medicine, real data, and a whole lot of mental determination, I brought my energy back, balanced my hormones, and reset my metabolism. No crash diets. No two-a-days. Just strategy and consistency.

Now I help high-achieving women 35+ do the same—before their bodies hit the kind of wall mine did.

I created The Badass Blueprint because women like us don’t need another generic plan. We need clarity, customization, and a smarter system that actually works with our hormones—not against them.

My clients are driven, capable, and tired of feeling like their bodies are the one thing they can’t figure out. They’ve built businesses, careers, and families—but they’re struggling with weight that won’t budge, exhaustion that doesn’t make sense, and symptoms that doctors keep brushing off.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me traveling somewhere remote, riding horses, or hiking with my husband and our dog.
